Z Projects’ group health insurance plan includes medical, dental and life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance. Regular, full-time employees and their eligible dependents who elect coverage are covered by Z Projects’ group health insurance plan. Coverage for eligible employees is effective on the first of the month following thirty (30) days of active continuous employment.

Each full-time employee must complete an application within 31 days of employment or within 31 days of acquiring an eligible family member. Eligible employees not electing coverage must complete a declination/waiver form.

Z Projects’ medical plan includes both a HDHP (High Deductable Health Plan) and a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plans. The benefit of the PPO plan is the convenience of a co-pay for a sick visit, and a deductible per person and family.
