Long Term Disability benefits for eligible employees begin after the completion of a 90 day period and will pay 60% of monthly earnings (to a maximum of $10,000 per month).  Payment may be reduced by deductible sources of income and disability earnings.  Some disabilities may not be covered or may have limited coverage under the plan.  Z Projects pays 100% of the Long-term Disability Insurance coverage.  Please refer to the LTD Certificate of Coverage for more detailed information.
