Experience
Brenda McNeal is the OTS Manger for Z PROJECTS. She has over 20 years of experience in interior design, tenant development and in the education field. Her experience ranges from designing corporate interiors and providing tenant development services to teaching as an interior design professor at two universities. Brenda was also a partner in a commercial design firm and was instrumental in marketing clients and developing the tenant development department.
For the past few years Brenda’s specialty has been providing space planning, design, and tenant services for Z PROJECTS. As Manager of the Building Space Management | Occupancy Tracking Services [OTS] department, she provides OTS for a large corporate client. This includes tracking the space for 99 buildings with over 2.6 million square feet. Floor plans for each building are maintained and BOMA calculations are generated for the client’s corporate real estate group. In addition, she provides space audits/field verification, space planning, pricing plans, and exhibits. Attention to detail and focused communication is what makes Brenda a successful representative to her clients and projects.
