The Dallas Petroleum Club (DPC), located in Chase Tower, is one of the top twenty private city clubs in the country and the premier city club in Dallas.
Z PROJECTS’ interior design studio transformed three worn out storage rooms into one 12 person dining room and one temperature-controlled walk-in red wine cellar. In order to maintain the peak red wine storage atmosphere of 58 degrees with 75% humidity, the wine cellar needed to be fully isolated within the lease space and effectively converted to a walk-in refrigerator. Designing individual leasable lockers required close coordination of millwork detailing and precise installation. The dining room incorporated new fabric paneled walls, new black-out curtains, and hand-scrapped wood floors stained to match the adjacent existing flooring in the lounge area leading into the dining room.
