This corporate interior is an expansion office for Stream Realty Partners, LP. into the Houston, Texas marketplace.
Z PROJECTS designed this first generation lease space in 5 Houston Center in Houston’s Central Business District to emulate Stream’s vigorous progress in multiple Texas Real Estate metropolitan cities.
Z PROJECTS, the interior architect and design firm created this space from raw shell condition to operation. Upon project initiation client pushed for maximizing the point of entry and carrying strength of theme throughout reception | waiting area and conference rooms. All was accomplished within a very short time frame from programming and design to construction to having the office set up fully operational.
