Job Description

  1. ‣Developing and preparing design documents during programming, schematic design, design development and construction documents

  2. ‣Developing and preparing material and finish boards

  3. ‣Bidding, Construction Administration and Project Close-Out.

  4. ‣Client contact.


Qualifications

  1. ‣Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent.

  2. ‣Current Texas Interior Design registration.

  3. ‣LEED AP certification required.

  4. ‣10+ years Interior Design experience with small, medium, and large commercial projects.

  5. ‣Experience in design and production drawings required.

  6. ‣Knowledge of appropriate materials, finishes and furniture.

  7. ‣Must have creative design and drawing skills - design presentation skills, and conceptual design abilities.


Skills

  1. ‣Highly skilled in AutoCAD and MS Word & Excel.

  2. ‣Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  3. ‣Ability to effectively work in a team atmosphere and meet deadlines.

  4. ‣Ability to effectively meet deadlines and budgets.
