Interior Designer [Houston]


Job Description

  1. ‣Interior Designer/TD Specialist position available in Z Projects office in Houston for applicant with 10+ years of previous experience.

  2. ‣Responsibilities include preparing documents during programming, schematic design, design development, and construction document phases; and developing material and finish palettes.


Qualifications

  1. ‣Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent.

  2. ‣10+ years Interior Design experience with small, medium, and large commercial projects.

  3. ‣Current Texas Interior Design registration .

  4. ‣Experience in design and production drawings required.

  5. ‣Knowledge of appropriate materials, finishes and furniture.

  6. ‣Must have creative design and drawing skills - design presentation skills, and conceptual design abilities.


Skills

  1. ‣Intermediate to advanced computer skills in AutoCAD (ADT a plus) and MS Word & Excel.

  2. ‣Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  3. ‣Ability to effectively work in a team atmosphere and meet deadlines.
