Experience
Throughout her five year career at Z PROJECTS, Lani Hendrix has held several positions. This growing list of responsibilities is a direct result of her progressive rise in the company. She began as the Building Space Manager | Occupancy Tracking Coordinator, where her background in real estate and management proved to be very advantageous.
She has now held the position of Project Manager for two years, managing projects of varying size and scope, from furniture and equipment orders to relocations, remodels, and expansions. From the start of a project she is responsible for programming, design and construction management, scheduling and budgeting, vendor coordination and all other aspects of project management, all while providing consistent communication with her clients.
Keeping a project on time and within the budget is something Lani strives for regardless of the size of the project. She has worked hard to build great relationships with her clients by being dependable, maintaining a positive attitude and having a great sense of humor. She also thinks it is important to create positive business relationships with her vendors and contractors. Flexibility is key with Lani. She is able to adapt to different viewpoints and can “think on her feet” to quickly find alternative solutions when necessary. These characteristics all come together to make Lani an important part of the Project Management team
