Project Manager [Dallas]


Job Description

  1. Owner and/or Tenant Representation

  2. Preparing and maintaining project scope, budget, schedule and quality.

  3. Preparing client and consultant agreements.

  4. Producing written documentation related to project.

  5. Preparing proposals and participating in interviews.

  6. Supervising and coordinating a multi-disciplinary team of architects, engineers, general contractors, vendors and end users.

  7. Developing and monitoring project work plans and financial performance.

  8. Overseeing coordination and quality assurance of documents required to complete a project or phase of a project.

  9. Day to day client contact.


Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction or business.

  2. LEED AP certification required.

  3. PMP Certification is a plus, but not required.

  4. Minimum of 10 years of project management experience.


Skills

  1. Highly skilled in MS Word and Excel.

  2. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  3. Microsoft Project is a plus, but not required.

  4. Ability to effectively meet deadlines and budgets.

  5. Ability to effectively work in a team atmosphere.
