Ron Bufkin has 28 years experience in the construction industry as an owner’s representative/in house construction specialist, Senior Project Manager for a top 25 General Contractor, Project Manager for large Renovation initiatives involving 30 plus locations in multi-state regions and quality control responsibilities for an architectural firm. Ron has overseen all areas of the construction process: planning, design, construction and post construction phases for the purpose of achieving project

objectives including the management of scope, cost, time, and quality.

While with Z PROJECTS, Ron has used his construction and project management expertise in a variety of ways to oversee environmental projects, security feasibility studies and large renovation projects including a 17 million dollar regional check consolidation center.
